Lucie Mičíková’s space installation is a new transformation of a long-running project on which she started to work after her solitary stay in the olive forest near Puglia, Italy. Within the exhibition space, she created a fantastic landscape of her mind by spraying the paint directly on the wall, by scrolls of drawings and collages rolling out, by hand-modeled ‘asteroids’, by ceramic objects and pieces of jewelry which as if levitate in the space. Circles, spirals and rotations of elements visually as well as metaphorically link microcosm of the examined place in the Earth’s nature with the macrocosm of the interplanetary network, constellations of stars,galaxies, and threads of the cosmic web.
